I want to cancel my pogo subscription. I purchased a year subscription and after a few minutes on the site, I realized it has changed so much since I last played it was no longer an enjoyable experience. It would not let me sign into the club pogo account using screen name and instead INSISTED that I sign in to the EA using email and password and of course once I did this there was no option to request a refund of canceled subscription, no live chat button no help whatsoever even through the so called community help platform!
